Our terms and conditions are subject to change. We are understanding to any questions you may have. Our company has these guidelines in place to protect our employees and our business, as well as providing the best service to our customers.

Terms and Conditions for our Roll-Off Services

                Items we do not take or will charge for include but are not limited to, mattresses ($15 ea.), electronics such as televisions, microwaves, refrigerators, etc. ($50 ea.), batteries ($15 ea.), tires ($25 ea.). We will not take ever, chemicals of any kind, pressure treated wood, propane tanks, asbestos material, explosives, food waste, paints, oils or varnishes. If any of these items are in the container, there will be a bill on your account (even if they were disposed by unauthorized personnel), or the items may be removed by you before pick up.

                We do not recommend containers larger than a 24 Yard for any items such as dirt, concrete, clay, mud, or any other compact material. These items are extremely heavy and are not recommended to fill the containers over ¼ of the way.

                Please do not ever fill the container over the “Max Load” line, if exceeded you will be asked to remove excess materials. We will not pick up a container that is exceeding 9,000 lbs. (4.5 Tons).

                Our containers are serviced out for a total of two weeks (14 Days), if the container is not picked up, dumped, or scheduled by the fourteenth day there will be a charge of $10 a day or $50 a week. If the container needs to be moved and not dumped it will be an additional charge of $75.00.

                All services and bills are final. No returns or discounts are available currently. Once a container is delivered, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to care and maintain. Before the scheduled pick up, the area around the container must be cleaned and all objects that are nearby, need to be removed from the area. Any items that are outside of the container will not be disposed of, unless it is a demolition contracted by our company.

Terms and Conditions for our Demolition Projects

        Eastman Metal Co. is only responsible for the disassembly and removal of said structures and not responsible of any removal of other items on property, unless discussed with by the owner of the property and the owner of our business.

​

          Please leave the property accessible to us from the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM. Allow free access to the worksite allowing workers and vehicles on the premises, and storage of all equiptment until the removal is finished.

​

         All demo jobs include disposal, equiptment, labor and fuel. 

       

        All payments are due by the end of the project. Full contract and pricing will be provided before services begin. Please contact if there are any questions or concerns.
